Originally part of the Billiards room, this room has the nicest views in the house.

The original billiards players bench can be seen under the bathroom window.

The climb up the stairs to the second floor is well worth it as the views are simply amazing. The views include the gardens, Looe Valley and the countryside stretching to the South coast.

The bathroom has a double size shower, heated towel rail and hospitality products.
