Above left, the Land Army girls on board the truck from Pencubitt to start their day in the fields of surrounding farms. Digging potatoes, milking cattle and sheep dipping were some of the activities they were involved in.
Above right, Vera met and married John Hoskins from Bokenna Farm at Dobwalls and lived on in Liskeard
