Pencubitt Country House has a comfortable and roomy dining room in which we serve a quality country cuisine of traditional English and classical French dishes produced with fresh local produce. Special diets are catered for by arrangement with the chef proprietor. |

Breakfast Breakfast is served between 8 am and 9 am on weekdays and 8.30 am to 9.30 am at weekends and bank holidays. We provide a buffet selection of yoghurt, cereals, fruit juice, etc and to order, a traditional full English cooked breakfast, porridge or Cornish Oak Smoked Kippers. Toast, preserves, a good choice of quality teas and fresh coffee are also served. |

Evening Meal Evening meal is served between 7 pm and 8 pm. We provide a three course table d'hote menu with three choices of each course. Cheeseboard as an additional course and a cafetierre of fresh coffee with mints is charged as an extra. The table d'hote menu is pre-ordered because, as far as practicable, only fresh local produce is purchased and cooked to order. |

Our eggs are organic free range from Higher Redwood Farm, Pensilva. Our meat is from traditional butchers, Paul Bray and son at at Tideford, They supply Cornish Lamb, Beef, Pork, Bacon and Old Cornish Sausage. Our fruit and vegetables come from Continental Fruit and Veg in Liskeard. We source our fish from Pengelly's in Liskeard & Looe and Celtic Fish and Game in St Ives. |
