• We are situated 150mtrs South of Liskeard Railway Station, we are easily reached by the A38 direct to Liskeard from the M5
• Taxis and buses are readily available outside the train station  
• The centre of the town is an easy 15 minutes walk from the hotel  
• Newquay Airport is a 45 minute drive from the hotel
•Car hire can be arranged please contact as above

  
 
Arrival & Car Parking Facilities  
  
• The hotel has 12 on site free parking spaces
• The front doors of the hotel have two large steps for access, a ramp is available
• Assistance is provided wherever possible with parking and luggage  
• Vehicles may unload at the front door  

 
Main Entrance & Reception  
  
• Once through the front doors the reception area is level with access to the bar, lounge, restaurant and toilet
• The reception desk is located to your right as you enter the front hall  
• On check in we will brief you on our evacuation policy on request.     
• The restaurant is located beside the Reception  
• The bar is located to the left past the reception desk   
• Staff/proprietor are present 24hrs  
• The floor in the front hall is wooden and the floor of the restaurant is carpeted 

Public Areas - General (Internal)  
  
• There is an internal hotel phone on the reception desk that guests can use  
• The main hotel is three floors high and access to the 8 bedrooms is via a central staircase only.
• Toilet facilities to the right past the reception, not wheelchair accessible  

Public Areas - (External)  
  
• The gardens are flat and level to the rear of the premises but slope steeply away to the front.
•The drive to front gate is tarmac 
 

Restaurant / Dining Room, Bar & Lounge Areas  
  
• All public rooms are on the same level and carpeted throughout  
• The bar counter is to the left upon entry  
• The tables are all of equal height   
• Lighting is a combination of natural and electric light  
• The restaurant provides table service for both evening meals and breakfast   
• We cater for most dietary needs, although prior warning is required. 

 
  
Bedrooms  
  
• We have 8 rooms that are accessed via the central staircase.  We do not have any bedrooms located on the ground floor..
• Every bedroom has an audible fire and smoke alarm  
• The bedrooms and bathrooms are all different some generously proportioned but some more compact 
• Bedrooms are booked by guests on a first come first served basis  
• Emergency procedures are posted in each bedroom  
• Every bedroom has television with remote control  
• Flooring in bedrooms is carpeting. 
• Bedroom lighting can be switched on at the entrance to the room and also within the room or there are bedside lights  
• There is a direct dial telephone in all bedrooms 
• We provide non-allergenic duvets and pillows as standard, blankets on request 
• All rooms are non-smoking including bedrooms  
• Furniture within the rooms can be moved.

 
Bathroom, Shower-room & WC
   
• All bathrooms are fitted with non-slip floor tiles or wooden floors 
• None of our bathrooms are wheelchair accessible
• Some showers and baths have safety handles
• Some rooms have bath and shower, shower in bath, bath or shower
